Bloom is a professional network for women with a mission to ensure women have equal opportunity in the communications industry. By harnessing the power of their real voices, they aim to future-proof women’s careers, spearhead industry change and pay it forward.
Since launching its first ever conference in 2017, with Flex as its event partner, Bloom has helped lift the lid on the barriers still facing women in the communications industry and increased its membership from 30 to over 500 multi-disciplinary women and non-binary people across the industry.
